Our Hockey Equipment Cleaning Process
Step 1 Each piece of sports equipment is first cleaned with a pre-treatment enzyme solution that eliminates strong odours and bacteria.
Step 2 Our green eco-friendly detergents are premixed and brought to the right water temperature. Each article is pre-soaked, washed and extracted using state of the art computerized programmable commercial grade equipment. The machine allows us to control the speed, mechanical action and water temperature to ensure your gear is not damaged during cleaning.
Step 3 Equipment is dried in one of our moisture controlled speciality drying systems to gently and quickly dry, preventing bacteria and mold build up.
Step 4 Equipment is loaded into the closed loop, airtight stainless steel chambers for ozone sterilization. The 60 minute process further removes any left over bacteria lingering in the equipment that can cause staph infections or other bacterial illnesses.
Step 5 Equipment is now ready for repairs (at the request of the customer) and ready to be delivered.
